Protecting your personal data is particularly important to us. We therefore process your data solely in accordance with the legal provisions (GDPR, TKG 2003 [Austrian Telecommunications Act]). This privacy policy is designed to inform you about the most important aspects of data processing, within the framework of our website.

If you contact us using the website form, or by email, we will store the data you provide for six months for the purpose of processing your enquiry and in relation to any follow-up questions. This data will not be passed on without your consent.

Server log files and Webalizer

When you access our website, the connection data is saved. This means that each time a file is accessed or an attempt is made to access a file on this server, the following data about this process is saved in a log file (server log file) by default for system security and statistical purposes:

  • Full IP address
  • Time and method of the call
  • URL called up
  • Version of the HTTP protocol used
  • Result value of the call
  • Size of the call in KByte
  • Page that was called up before calling this page (referrer)
  • Information about the browser and operating system used

This data does not refer directly to you personally. Personal data, such as your name, address, telephone number or email address is not recorded in the server log files.

The offer uses the "Webalizer" tool, a web analysis software for statistical evaluation of users' access to the offer. "Webalizer" creates summaries based on the data of the server log files; for example, on the number of hits, file/page requests, visits etc. A combination of these evaluations with other data sources, in particular with personal data, is not carried out.
